Cancellation and Booking Policy
Individual Travellers (FITS)
- FITS can be cancelled until 24hr prior to departure time, without incurring any charges.
- 100% of total value of the tour will be charged if FITS are cancelled less than 24hr prior to departure time.
Private Charter Day Tours
- The final number must be reconfirmed 48hr prior to departure time.
- Accounts will be calculated at the final number booked 48hr prior to departure time.
- Booking can be cancelled until 48hr prior to departure time, without incurring any charges.
- 100% of total value of the tour will be charged if tour is cancelled less than 48hr prior to departure time.
Private Charter Overnight Tours
- The final number must be reconfirmed 14 days prior to departure date.
- Accounts will be calculated at the final number booked 14 days prior to departure date.
- Booking can be cancelled until 14 days prior to departure time, without incurring any charges.
- 100% of total value of the tour will be charged if tour is cancelled less than 14 days prior to departure date.
No Shows
- Will incur full charge of the tour for both, private charter and FITS.
