The ½ day tour is suited to people that arrive or depart in Cairns on the same day and want to include a half day tour, transfers from/to airport can be included for a surcharge.

World Heritage-listed Wooroonooran National Park is located away from the beaten tourist tracks so you can revitalise yourself in tranquil rainforest settings. In addition to the educational first-hand rainforest experience, the tour also includes fun activities you may never have experienced before.

Driving time is very short and you will spend a great time in the diverse locations described below.

Josephine Falls

Josephine Falls is a secluded freshwater swimming hole, located at the foot of Queensland's tallest mountain, Mt. Bartle Frere (1622m). A series of waterfalls flow into large pools surrounded by boulders. Rainforest trees hang over the water, keeping it cool and refreshing.

We take a short walk to a series of dramatic cascading waterfalls amidst the lush tropical rainforest. Take the plunge in the exciting natural rockslide (life vests are provided for children).
